About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented individual to support the design and delivery of our showroom refit programme. Your focus will be on developing innovative display concepts, maintaining design standards, and supporting showroom updates across the UK. You will contribute to the creation of showroom layouts and displays, ensuring they reflect current trends and product ranges, support the wider team with space planning and design queries, collaborate with contractors, visit sites, and maintain key design resources to ensure consistency across all showrooms. Experience in kitchen or bedroom design is essential. The role may require occasional travel and overnight stays across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the design and development of the showroom refit programme
* Create and maintain a ‘Design Master’ matrix, ensuring it reflects new and discontinued products
* Develop creative display concepts to support full showroom layouts
* Research and incorporate current and future design trends
* Produce A4 plans for showroom refits
* Process snagging orders reported from site and support snagging audits
* Carry out site visits to new and existing showrooms as required
* Collate and maintain a photo library of completed showroom displays
* Ensure showrooms receive and implement new products within annual display updates
* Respond to design, order, and process queries from contractors

About You
* Full UK driving licence is essential
* Good knowledge of CAD design programmes (Revit desirable but not essential)
* Competency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong kitchen and/or bedroom design knowledge
* Excellent attention to detail
* Confident in presenting ideas and designs
* Understanding of physical installation processes
* Knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations is desirable (training can be provided)
