What we look for in a Night Porter:
As the successful Night Porter, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality, be self-motivated, and willing to work alone at times. You will have experience working in a similar environment, have excellent communication skills, and an impeccable eye for detail.
Our Night Porters play an important role in ensuring the safety of our guests and the security of our pub and hotel throughout the night. You will be responsible for dealing with guest requests, greeting and checking in late arrivals, maintaining room standards, setting up for breakfast service, and carrying out health and safety checks and audits as necessary.
