Develop and implement long-term public relations strategies, including product communication, corporate PR, MarCom, and cross-functional initiatives. Ensure timely and effective project execution. Coordinate with and report to HQ, providing localized PR solutions and evaluations. Collaborate with marketing, social media, and influencer teams on ongoing projects and integrated marketing communications (IMC) initiatives. Work cross-departmentally with product, network, aftersales, and backend functions. Establish and maintain media relations. Independently and collaboratively with agencies, manage brand, corporate, and product press releases. Handle crisis public relations, participate in managing major company emergencies, and propose crisis management plans. Organize PR and media events, as well as small company conferences. Conduct project summaries and gather market feedback post-events. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, automotive engineering, economics, or business management. Professional Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in OEMs and the communication industry. Proven ability to establish and maintain strong media relationships. Open-minded with a start-up mindset. Excellent communication, coordination, planning, and execution skills. Strong ability to handle pressure; proactive and innovative. Language Requirement: High level of proficiency in English
