Brief Overview
Some brands don’t just play the game – they change it. This one has redefined the property & lifestyle space with bold ideas, standout campaigns and phenomenal growth. Perfectly positioned, brilliantly marketed, and showing no signs of slowing, they’re a genuine success story.
The role
They’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take the reins on their national strategy and drive the next phase of digital performance. This isn’t a hands-off role – you’ll be the strategic lead, architecting a data-driven, performance-led approach that spans paid media, SEO, social, lifecycle marketing and CRM. You’ll own the digital roadmap, optimise customer journeys, evolve website UX and CRO, and partner with agencies to make sure every channel is firing.
What’s refreshing here is the setup: you won’t be bogged down in day-to-day management. Instead, you’ll be surrounded by a talented team who know their stuff, freeing you up to set the vision, guide execution and mentor rising talent.
It’s a culture which is driven by empowering its people to perform at the best of their abilities, plus an office space which is designed specifically for personal welfare & enjoyment
What you’ll bring
Attitude & temperament is key in this role – the brand has made a deep impact on the market, since it has been superbly positioned, marketed, and differentiated. It will suit someone that’s happy to get stuck in, no matter what the task, and can get the best out of others around you.
You’ll already have several years of digital leadership under your belt, with a proven track record of shaping and scaling national campaigns.
Property, lifestyle or retail experience would be a bonus, but what matters most is strategic sharpness, commercial focus, and the ability to make big digital moves.
On offer
In return, expect up to £50k + bonus, hybrid working, superb benefits, and a culture that’s flat, progressive, and genuinely people-first. This is a chance to step into a high-impact role, drive digital transformation and leave your mark on a brand with serious momentum.
