* Build and maintain professional relationships, ensuring clients are supported throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist in evaluating new project opportunities, reviewing site suitability, and compiling key details for the development team.
* Support the preparation and management of land agreements, contracts, and project documentation.
* Identify suitable land for renewable energy projects across the UK using online mapping platforms, initiating contact with landowners to discuss potential development opportunities.
* Coordinate internal communications between marketing, development, and legal teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
* Manage and update project tracking systems to ensure an accurate overview of the development pipeline.
* Provide clear, timely updates to clients and stakeholders as projects progress.
* Participate in internal meetings to review new leads, assess project potential, and track development progress.
Skills and Experience:
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
· Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
· Confidence handling phone calls and client-facing interactions.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
· A proactive mindset and willingness to learn about renewable energy development.
· Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
· Experience in account management, administration, or coordination (1 year preferred).
· Familiarity with CRM systems would be an advantage.
· Interest in renewables, property, or rural land use (advantageous but not essential).
· Minimum A-level or equivalent qualification (preferred).
Benefits:
* Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per year (depending on experience).
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays.
* Pension contribution.
* Office-based 4 days, work from home 1 day.
* Casual Dress.
