Acting as the face of the organisation, you will support residents, maintain safe neighbourhoods, and ensure tenancies are well-managed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, confidence in community engagement, and experience in housing, ASB, or neighbourhood management. Key Responsibilities Carry out estate inspections, identify issues, and ensure neighbourhood standards are maintained. Manage anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases, working closely with residents, partner agencies, and enforcement teams. Support tenants with rent arrears, tenancy sustainment, and early intervention. Provide guidance and support to vulnerable residents, ensuring safeguarding concerns are escalated appropriately.
