You will be working in the Building Services OU based in Slough where we are responsible for bringing Skanska’s purpose to build for a better society to life—creating healthy workplaces, comfortable homes and efficient facilities that improve people’s lives. Through collaboration and innovation, we deliver high-quality solutions that make a lasting, positive impact for people and communities.
Document Controller Responsibilities
* Facilitate the submission of all documents through the specified EDMS platform. Ensure that the EDMS and Naming Protocols are up to date and issued.
* QA checking process to be carried out via the submission process.
* Liaise with Skanska Team, Client, Design Team and Subcontractors.
* All standard document controller tasks on project e.g invites, workflow creation and management, security groups, etc.
* Produce action reports and issue to Skanska, Design and Subcontractor teams as required at project level.
* Ensure adherence to established operating procedures during document submissions on several projects.
Qualifications
* Significant experience of project document control role (minimum of 3+ years).
* Experience working with a multi-faceted team.
* At least 2+ years experience using ASite and Procore.
* ISO 19650 experience.
* Design management process awareness.
* Experience working in a site office and being used to large construction project environment.
