What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Resourcing Consultant, you’ll support our recruitment team by identifying and engaging with top engineering talent across the UK. Your responsibilities will include:
1. 📞 Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and our in-house database
2. 🔍 Researching client companies and industry trends
3. 💼 Liaising with clients and candidates to coordinate interviews and manage expectations
