Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Data and Performance Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will collaborate with the team to identify, implement, and validate the most suitable tools (e.g., Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Google Analytics) and translate business needs into actionable metrics.
Key responsibilities:
1. Data analysis of specifications, data profiling, measurements, and improvements.
2. Creating and maintaining data visualisations, including defining architecture, implementation, training, support, monitoring, and tuning.
3. Presenting data in compelling, clear, and actionable stories.
4. Leading and facilitating workshops for stakeholders.
5. Developing a performance management framework, including defining KPIs and ensuring they are measurable.
6. Working collaboratively alongside agile delivery teams.
7. Producing regular performance reports and dashboards that inform stakeholder decision-making.
Qualifications
1. Experience with presenting analysis and visualisations to communicate complex messages.
2. Providing tactical and strategic recommendations to inform wider decisions, applying innovative approaches to resolve problems.
3. Programming skills for data and analytics using SQL.
4. Experience designing and building complex reports/dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAS.
5. Experience with tools including Kibana, Grafana, Splunk, Google Analytics.
6. Good influencing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
7. Deep understanding of technical concepts and how they fit into the wider technical landscape.
8. Experience working within an agile development team.
