This is a team who has supported several apprentices over the years, so you are in safe hands! What will you be doing? 1st point of contact for all queries directed to the File Management team. You will triage requests, escalate and manage accordingly Develop expertise in 3E (a legal practice management and CRM platform used for client data, billing, and matter management). You will search and maintain client details here Using Worksite to create new files, entering information accurately and effectively, filing daily correspondence Dealing with file requests made by staff and Partners Indexing and storage of old files Communicating with colleagues via Microsoft Outlook What skills and qualities should you have? Many of our previous apprentices are still with the company. Your future salary will be discussed should you be offered a permanent role.
