The role
You will enjoy a varied caseload spanning both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters, including:
* Employment tribunal litigation (including nationally reported cases)
* Strategic advice on restructures, whistleblowing, and discrimination issues
* Corporate support on M&A transactions and TUPE matters
* Working closely with partners on complex, high‑value projects
Candidate profile
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with 1 PQE+. While respondent employment experience is preferred, candidates with claimant backgrounds will also be considered. You should demonstrate:
* A strong grounding in employment law from a reputable practice
* Experience across both advisory and contentious matters
* Commercial awareness and confident communication skills
* Enthusiasm for client development and team contribution
