This is an ideal opportunity for a graduate with an interest in agriculture and food production to start a career within the food supply chain.
You'll support the delivery, governance and ongoing improvement of assessor capability and compliance processes within a major UK food and farm assurance organisation. Working at the centre of operations, you'll help ensure standards are applied consistently across training, assessment and certification activity.
A key part of the role is supporting the organisation's assessor training academy. You'll coordinate training materials, organise training events, develop user guides and provide first line support to users.
This is a genuine development role, with a proven track record of progression, people who have previously held this position have gone on to build successful careers within the organisation.
The role is hybrid, with around two days per week in the London office to support learning and development.
The role:
* Support operational delivery of standards
* Manage online training portal and develop training resources and user guidelines.
* Organising training and information sharing events
* Maintain accurate assessor records, making sure competencies remain compliant with scheme requirements
* Providing support over the phone
* Reviewing core data reports and monitoring certification performance
* Support the management of complaints and technical queries, helping ensure procedures are followed consistently and fairly
* Record keeping and updating organisation database
About you:
* Knowledge of agriculture and farming
* Willingness to learn
* Attention to detail
* Process led
* Degree or equivalent in agriculture, food science or similar
* Experience in auditing/compliance (Desirable)
* Valid driving license
