Our mission: helping people to a better future About the role We are looking for a motivated Events and Sponsorships Planner, to join our dynamic Marketing team in either our Bishop's Stortford or Cambridge office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and a chance to make your mark in this new role. A full driving licence is required for this role with access to a vehicle. What this role would include Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and internal stakeholders to align events with strategic priorities. Develop and execute best-in-class events that drive engagement, generate leads, and convert business opportunities. Oversee the firmwide events and sponsorships program, managing records, key contacts, and targets through effective data tracking. Ensure all communications and marketing materials are client-focused, well-designed, and impactful. Deliver high-quality events while juggling multiple priorities and maintaining exceptional standards. Create and execute engaging communications and content. Monitor event performance, manage analytics, and provide improvement recommendations. Liaise with suppliers, manage annual event calendars, and utilise social media for lead generation. Track KPIs, assess performance, and ensure events stay within budget What we are looking for At least 5 year's relevant experience organsing and project managing corporate events. A creative thinker with a corporate or professional services background who can challenge norms, apply their events expertise and maximise engagement opportunities. Proven ability to deliver high-quality events under pressure, with strong multi-tasking and senior stakeholder management skills. Experience in writing effective communications, managing data, and tracking event performance analytics. A strong communicator with a solid network of suppliers and ideas. An organised individual who is confident in their decision making in a fast-paced environment and able to own events from conception, budgeting, invoicing, attendance, through to evaluation and feedback of the event.
