Description:
* Design, develop, and execute test plans for Python-based systems and REST APIs.
* Document and continually build out QA processes using automation frameworks.
* Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution.
* Collaborate with development and product teams to refine requirements and deliver quality releases.
* Provide tier-2 technical support to customers, diagnose issues, and communicate resolutions promptly.
* Maintain detailed, user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of quality standards and support procedures.
Qualifications:
* No Degree Required
* Professional experience in QA for Python applications and web platforms.
* Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Selenium, or similar).
* Familiarity with API testing tools (such as Postman or Swagger).
* Demonstrable troubleshooting and support experience in a customer-facing or internal capacity.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Understanding of version control (preferably Git) and CI/CD workflows.
* Analytical mindset and a detail-oriented approach.
