The successful candidate will handle a variety of conveyancing matters, advising a diverse client base on complex and challenging situations. • The firm is seeking candidates with excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, along with the ability to manage cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner. • You must have demonstrable experience managing and overseeing your own caseload. You will be responsible for freehold and leasehold matters, as well as shared ownership transactions.
