Ensuring a safe and secure environment by confidently managing crowds and upholding all event and venue regulations.
Responding promptly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies, maintaining a calm, professional demeanour at all times.
Providing exceptional customer service, offering guidance and support to attendees while maintaining a visible and reassuring presence.
Collaborating closely with your team and event staff to ensure smooth, coordinated operations and a seamless experience for all guests.
