An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a dedicated property services team within a well-establishedpany.
The Role
We are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Electrician to support the upkeep and functionality of various properties, ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:
1. Proven experience as an electrician in construction or building maintenance, preferably in a customer-facing environment such as retail or the food industry.
2. City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation certification.
3. Great Knowledge of HVAC Systems, Maintenance of these systems as well as fault-finding
4. Minor plumbing knowledge, 15-20mmpression fitting, tap installations etc.
5. Ability to carry out electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, fault-finding, minor electrical installations, small plumbing work, and building safety system testing (, fire alarm systems).
6. Knowledge of heating and ventilation systems is advantageous but not essential.
7. Enthusiasm for a dynamic role with amitment to delivering high-quality service.
8. Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks efficiently and adaptability to handle urgent matters as they arise.
9. A full driving licence is required as travel between multiple properties is an essential part of the role.
