Description To ensure precise alignment between indirect tax compliance requirements, system configurations, and operational processes, maintain the integrity and accuracy of tax compliance and supporting corporate strategic initiatives. Key job responsibilities: - Defining indirect tax compliance system requirements globally and ensuring that system implementations meet the those requirements. - Verifying indirect tax compliance processes. - Supporting the implementation of new systems and tools for indirect tax compliance. - Working with stakeholders throughout Amazon including Accounting, FinTech, AP, AR to ensure indirect tax compliance system requirements can be met. - Create and maintain comprehensive audit trails documenting implementation of requirements. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level - Experience working in a large public accounting firm or multi-national corporate tax department Preferred Qualifications - CTA/ACA/ACCA full or part qualified.
