Job Summary
Our friendly recruitment team will get in touch to conduct an online licence check and right‑to‑work checks. You will be invited to tour the site and meet the team for a Q&A session. When all checks are completed, you will receive an offer to join the Ocado Logistics Customer Service Team.
Responsibilities
* Complete online licence and right‑to‑work checks.
* Meet the team at the site for a Q&A session.
* Undergo a Disclosure Barring System (DBS) check.
* Deliver packages efficiently on schedule.
* Provide excellent customer service on the road.
Qualifications
* Full UK or EU driving licence.
* Minimum 12 months driving experience.
* Maximum 6 penalty points.
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.
* Over 18 to handle alcohol deliveries.
* Good communication skills.

£13.86 per hour average (including premiums). 3 × 8‑hour shifts per week. All breaks are paid.

Other Details
Contracted days: any 3 days out of 7, 8‑hour shifts. Shift times range from 05:30 to 12:00 (midnight). Rota is provided up to 13 weeks in advance. Pay structure: paid every 4 weeks (lunar).
