Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Are you confident delivering pre-set work across a range of secondary subjects?
Do you have the ability to build positive relationships and maintain strong classroom behaviour?
The schools are looking to take on a reliable Cover Supervisor on a full-time long‑term basis with an immediate start available. The successful Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising classes across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4 in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre‑set work and maintain positive behaviour throughout lessons.
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
* Experience working with secondary school students
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Confidence delivering pre‑planned lessons across a variety of subjects
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
* A proactive and adaptable attitude
