We are on the hunt for a stand-out Senior Product Designer to shape a brand-new Growth squad within Trustpilot’s Consumer team. This is a distinctive and hands-on role that extends beyond just feature design, offering real ownership across the Trustpilot experience. You'll be responsible for driving discovery and research, creating and testing hypotheses, and helping to shape our strategy - to reach and engage new consumer audiences. As a Senior Individual Contributor, you’ll own complex, ambiguous challenges end to end, you’ll bring excellent problem-solving, discovery, and collaboration skills to this role. You’ll work closely with UX Research and other Consumer and B2B squads to uncover real consumer needs and opportunities. You’ll also play a pivotal role in shaping our product’s direction. This position necessitates a balance of strategic thinking, exceptional hands-on craft, and the ability to collaborate with and influence others. What you'll be doing: Lead strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities, develop an end-to-end design vision to drive consumer growth in the age of AI. Collaborate with a cross-functional team to rapidly test hypotheses across Trustpilot’s consumer and B2B platforms. Partner closely with Product Managers, Product & Content Designers, Engineers, Data Analysts, and Researchers, using your influence to help shape product strategy and execution. Prototype ideas to illustrate complex user flows and bring your designs to life. Present your work to stakeholders with confidence and clarity, fostering a collaborative environment. Champion design as a discipline rooted in clarity and intent, ensuring our product experiences are not just functional but also grounded in enduring design principles. Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring them to the team’s attention. Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity, ensuring all designs support diverse user groups effectively. What you’ll need: Previous experience designing for consumer-facing digital products, with a strong understanding of shifting consumer mindsets and challenges. You have a solid portfolio showcasing strong Product Design, discovery, and UX research skills, and in-depth knowledge of UX design processes. Experience working in an experimentation/growth environment, with proven ability to shape and test hypotheses with users. Evidence of design work that has delivered a measurable business impact and shaped product direction. Skilled in both communication and storytelling, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency with Figma and other industry-standard design and prototyping tools. Familiarity with front-end implementation practices, and experience collaborating with Engineers as well as Product Managers. You’re curious and open to learning, always seeking out new methods to elevate your design process. Experience designing within a SaaS product environment is a bonus, but is not essential.
