The salary for this role is £53,000 - £57,000. The position involves a split between Audit (70%) and Accounts (30%). You will be assigned a Director/Partner mentor to support your personal development, with progression opportunities at every level. This Firm is committed to providing the support you need to achieve your goals.
Responsibilities:
1. Involvement in planning, supervising, and executing full end-to-end audits.
2. Responsibility for achieving budgets and meeting deadlines.
3. Setting objectives for junior staff, supervising on-site, reviewing their work, and coaching to facilitate their development and progression.
Requirements:
1. Qualified to ACA/ACCA or an internationally recognized chartered accounting qualification.
2. Experience leading audit teams, including group audits.
3. Must have completed at least 3 audits in the last year with a turnover of £20m+.
4. Strong technical competence, including solid experience and understanding of UK GAAP and auditing standards.
5. Experience with both substantive and controls-based audits.
6. Expertise in delivering primary accounting frameworks.
