Responsibilities
* Expertise in managing benefits, costs, and commercial aspects of programmes, ensuring financial efficiency and value and leading projects and programmes from inception to completion.
* Understanding in reporting performance metrics with a sharp eye for detail, maintaining accuracy and quality in all deliverables and driving continuous learning and innovation.
* Leadership in collaborative improvement and change management, fostering a culture of coaching, innovation, safety, accountability and effective problem‑solving and performance management.
* Analysis through independent research and synthesis of information, developing strategies, resolving conflicts proactively and prioritising solutions that drive project success and stakeholder alignment.
* Risk management and proactive negotiation, assessing risks, providing recommendations and facilitating effective stakeholder engagement to support informed decision‑making and empower the team.
Qualifications
* Relevant experience as a programme manager.
* Experience in the water sector is preferable.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes.
* APM qualified or equivalent (preferred).
