We’re looking for a Specialist Nurse to join our Clinical Operations team within the Barnstaple area, who will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and patient‑centred care in the community, whilst helping prevent unnecessary admissions This role offers the opportunity to combine strong clinical practice with independent decision‑making, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients at home during a crucial stage of their care. It’s ideal for nurses who are passionate about community-based care, value continuity and patient experience, and want a role that balances clinical responsibility with meaningful patient relationships. What do you need to be successful? An RGN registered with the NMC Post‑registration experience in an acute care setting Experience administering sub‑cutaneous injections and IV therapies, including care of IV devices Confident in supervising others and working autonomously in the community Is adaptable, organised, and comfortable working in a dynamic service environment Whats in it for you?
