At GWI we’re always looking for extraordinary people who thrive on making an extraordinary impact. Right now we’re looking for an IT Support Team Lead to play a key role in our IT Operations Support Team. If that’s you, and making a difference gets you out of bed in the morning, keep reading. It could be the start of something, well, extraordinary.

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

As our IT Support Team Lead you'll be at the forefront of providing a seamless experience for all staff in the EU & APAC region. The IT Operations team is responsible for delivering all the technologies required for GWI staff to deliver our products to clients.

* Leading comprehensive hardware and software management, from procurement to support, always with an eye towards efficiency.
* Mentoring, and supporting the Ops Support team to foster high performance and continuous development. This role is considered player-coach; you will be required to support on an as-needed basis.
* Building strong relationships throughout the organization, ensuring IT Operations is always seen as a trusted and reliable partner.
* Coordinating day-to-day activities and allocating resources to ensure prompt, high-quality IT support.
* Leading a team of 2, with a primary remit to ensure IT operations continue smoothly both locally and globally.

It’s also fun; shaking things up is what working for GWI is all about. You’ll need to be flexible, comfortable with continuous change, and working in a high-tempo environment.

What do I need to bring with me?

You’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you’re willing to learn. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:

* Experience with cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, and disk encryption, SSO and MFA.
* Familiarity with supporting multiple OS versions, including MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android etc.
* Strong experience with configuring and supporting Identity Management Platforms such as Okta, OneLogin, Jumpcloud etc. Okta experience preferred.
* Deep technical proficiency in Google Workspace administration, security policy enforcement, and managing critical integrations with third-party tools, including Slack for organizational communication workflows, demonstrated through certifications, portfolio, or practical experience.
* Strong experience automating repetitive tasks either through scripting or agentic flows.
* Proven experience with Endpoint Management platforms like Jamf, Kandji.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to team culture and shared goals while maintaining a proactive working style.
* Suitable qualifications or certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL, Google Workspace Administration etc preferred.

Equally important is attitude. We want people who think big (to make an impact), ask why (to find a better way), and show respect (to everyone, at every level, all the time). Those are our values, and they’re a big part of what we’re looking for in you.

What’s in it for me?

At GWI, you’ll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best. Our package includes:

* 25 days’ annual leave and office closures over the holidays.
* Health cash plan, enhanced family benefits, carer days, and mental health support.
* Competitive salary, 4 % pension matching, and recognition programs that celebrate success.
* Flexitime, early Friday finishes, hybrid and remote options, plus a “work from home” budget.
* Accredited learning, leadership development, and global career mobility.
* DE&I initiatives, volunteering opportunities, donation matching, and payroll giving.
