The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Remortgages
* High-value residential transactions
You will be entrusted with running your own caseload with full secretarial support, while maintaining the firm’s high standards of client care and technical excellence.
There may also be the opportunity to gain exposure to commercial property work, allowing for the development of a broader, mixed caseload if desired.

1. About You
* Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
* Experience in residential property conveyancing (junior to mid-level, although more senior candidates will also be considered)
* Ability to manage a caseload independently with confidence
* Strong communication and client care skills
* A proactive and professional approach
Experience in commercial property conveyancing would be advantageous but is not essential.
