This is a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer position in the healthcare and life sciences space. The role involves creating dynamic and visually engaging video and animation content for digital platforms, campaigns, and internal communications. The work will be performed collaboratively with creatives, strategists and account teams on projects that aim to make a difference.

As a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer, you will shape the look and feel of visual content across healthcare and wellbeing campaigns. Your key responsibilities include editing video, crafting motion graphics, developing storyboards and style frames, and managing post‑production workflows to ensure brand consistency and high‑quality deliverables.
Key responsibilities
* Editing and producing a wide range of video formats – from explainers and interviews to social edits and brand films
* Creating 2D animations and motion graphics using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
* Developing storyboards, style frames and visual concepts that bring scripts to life
* Collaborating closely with senior designers, creatives, account teams and medical writers
* Managing post‑production workflows and assets for smooth project delivery
* Ensuring brand and visual consistency across all content
* Enhancing video outputs through sound design, colour grading and subtitling tools
Experience and qualities that make you a strong fit
* 4+ years of experience as a video editor and/or motion graphics designer, ideally within a creative, digital or healthcare agency
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud – particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
* Excellent grasp of editing principles, typography, timing, pacing and visual storytelling
* Ability to interpret scripts and transform abstract concepts into engaging visuals
* Confident working to tight deadlines and managing multiple projects at once
* Collaborative, proactive and solutions‑focused with great communication skills
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
* Knowledge of voiceover editing, sound mixing or accessibility best practices
* Familiarity with healthcare or scientific animation
