Dental Technician (Crown and Bridge)
We are looking for a highly skilled crown and bridge Dental Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, aesthetically pleasing ceramic dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, and onlays. Responsibilities
* Fabricate lifelike ceramic restorations from start to finish, including layering, staining, and glazing.
* Master the use of various materials, such as zirconia, lithium disilicate (e.max), and porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM).
* Work with digital dental technologies, including CAD/CAM software and milling machines, to design and produce restorations.
* Analyze and interpret dental models, impressions, and digital scans to ensure precise fit and occlusion.
* Collaborate with dentists and other lab staff to understand case requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
* Stay up-to-date with new ceramic techniques and materials through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Dental Technician with a specialization in ceramics.
* Strong knowledge of dental anatomy and morphology.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching and aesthetics.
* Proficiency in both traditional and digital ceramic fabrication methods.
* Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A relevant certification or degree in dental technology is preferred.
