Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Network Building - Solution Sales - Outreach - Sales - Hybrid Working (post probation) - OTE circa £35-40,000 per annum - Permanent Role
We are hiring for a business with a successful track record in delivering IT Services to their customers, with a solid client base and an attractive proposition. The business are looking to increase their meeting and lead generation by building a more process-led sales function and this role is the start of that build.
The role will involve researching and reaching out, either via email, LinkedIn or over the phone to businesses that fall within the demographic required and building relationships with key stakeholders, aiming to book meetings for more senior sales staff.
The business are going places, with increased revenue and increased headcount the ambition now is to increase their client base and continue the growth they have experienced. You will be offering IT Services, such as Support, Cyber Security Assessments and campaigns, Cloud and Modernisation Solutions and Network builds, so any understanding in this area would be great, although you don't need IT experience, just an understanding of what these services are and the impact they can have, this will be trained too.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Research and outreach to potential customers
* Follow Ups - Outbound Outreach via phone, email, message
* Qualification of businesses and prospects
* Booking meetings
* Documenting activity in their CRM
* Achieving targets based on all of the above
* Work closely with marketing to drive campaigns
As a person you will need to be a clear and effective communicator and listener. You'll need resilience, not everyone will say "YES" and you will be creative in your selling. You will need previous experience in Sales or Customer service with a desire to sell.

* £24,000–£28,000 base salary depending on experience.
