Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for customers via the phone and email Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the full customer journey Liaising with contractors to coordinate works and manage contracts Ordering bathroom parts and materials, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery Preparing and sending quotes to customers Checking deliveries against orders and resolving any discrepancies Reviewing plans and schedules to ensure works are correctly planned and aligned
