* Handling incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers with relation to a range of enquiries and complaints
* Keeping updated records of each client call, ensuring that all information is accurately detailed on the internal CRM system.
* Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with in a professional, efficient and friendly manner.
* Finding a suitable resolution to the customers enquiry within the set parameters
