With an established presence in the cosmetic surgery sector and a reputation built on quality, safety and exceptional service, the company is now seeking an outstanding Business Development Manager to drive growth across the South of England (excluding London).

Key Responsibilities
* Drive growth and adoption throughout the region through strategic territory planning, proactive prospecting and meaningful engagement with key cosmetic surgeons.
* Create and execute a structured commercial plan tailored to the private cosmetic and aesthetic surgery market.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with cosmetic surgeons, theatre teams and senior decision-makers.
* Deliver confident, compelling product presentations, workshops and training sessions.
* Maintain exceptional service standards that reinforce loyalty and strengthen customer partnerships.
* Achieve and consistently exceed regional sales targets.
* Monitor competitor actions, market developments and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
* Represent the company at private-sector industry meetings, events and educational programmes.
* Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns and tactical initiatives.
Ideal Profile
* Proven success in medical device sales, ideally related to cosmetic surgery, breast implants, implantable technologies or aesthetic medical devices.
* Commercially intelligent with the ability to position premium products effectively in a competitive surgical sales environment.
* Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable working autonomously across a large region.
* Credible, professional and passionate about supporting surgeons with high-quality, clinically trusted solutions.
* Full UK driving licence required.
