Main duties of the job
As a Complex Care Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting the client with daily routines, personal hygiene, mobility, medication administration, and providing emotional support and companionship. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and the client's family to deliver exceptional care and promote independence. The successful candidate will be a female support worker with a genuine passion for care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours.

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for asupport worker to work alongside our client with complex needs inMerthyr Tydfil, county Borough.
Pay:£15.14 per hour weekdays, £16.22 per hour Saturdays & £17.30 per hour Sundays.
Hours:Full or part-time - up to 40 per week (12 or 24 hour shifts with sleeping nights, required seven days a week)
About the Role
You’ll be supporting a young manin his 20's who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy and mobility issues. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.
He lives at home with his mum, her partner and the clients dog, enjoys an active social life with his friends and attends church. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest.
