Legionella Risk Assessor – Leeds
Salary: Up to £34,000 Basic + Benefits. We’re working with a well-established and growing compliance services provider who are expanding their Water Hygiene and Legionella division across Yorkshire. The role covers local sites across Leeds and the surrounding areas. This is an opportunity for a more local patch, with less time on the road and a chance to be part of a close-knit, supportive team.
The business has a strong presence in the region, meaning most work will be kept within a sensible travel radius. You’ll join a company that genuinely looks after its staff, with a hands-on management team and good communication across the business.
Responsibilities
* Carrying out Legionella Risk Assessments across local commercial, industrial and public sector sites
* Producing detailed, accurate reports in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines
* Identifying risks and recommending remedial actions
* Conducting site surveys on domestic hot and cold-water systems
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients on site
* Working closely with a small, experienced team to support compliance and service delivery
What They're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor
* Strong knowledge of ACOP L8 and HSG274
* Experience surveying domestic water systems
* Good report writing and communication skills
* Organised and able to manage your own workload
* Full UK driving licence
