Mansfield PA and Site Coordinator

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the Mansfield Hub team on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and approachable individual to join us as PA and Site Coordinator at our Mansfield Hub.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Director of the Skills and UK College and Civic Partnerships while ensuring the Mansfield site runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, staff, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acting as the first point of contact for the Director, managing diaries, meetings, and key deadlines.
2. Coordinating committees and working groups, taking minutes, and tracking actions.
3. Handling confidential documentation and maintaining robust filing systems.
4. Managing office operations – from stock and maintenance to finance processes.
5. Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather and collate information.
6. Overseeing site coordination, including events, deliveries, and resolving issues.
7. Supporting key University events such as inductions, open days, and graduations.
