We are looking for someone to join our small office team in order to help us retain our high standards.
The right person will be able to handle customer queries, have the ability to adapt to the changing environment of a busy heating Company.

Experience Requirements
• Minimum 3 years administrative assistant experience
•
• Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, social media and Sage Accounting (would be an advantage)
•
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
•
• Answer phone calls, schedules jobs for engineers
•
• Carry out general administrative duties to include filing, typing, scanning etc.
•
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and corresponding with both engineers and customers.
•
• Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
•
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
•
• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining vehicles inventories.
•
• Answer customer queries.
Working hours will be negotiable over 25hrs Monday to Friday
Rate of Pay £13 per hour
