Are you a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher in Suffolk looking to make a lasting impact? We are actively seeking SEN Teachers to join our books and work in our fantastic partner schools across Suffolk. This is your chance to shape the futures of young learners aged 4-11 or 11-16 with SEN and/or SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities as an SEN Teacher:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to meet individual student needs.
Teach small class sizes, typically up to 10 students, with three dedicated support staff.
Adapt teaching methods to support students with autism, dyslexia, anxiety, and SEMH challenges.
Work closely with Teaching Assistants and Higher-Level Teaching Assistants, offering guidance and mentorship.
Monitor student progress, focusing on both academic and emotional development.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including an onsite clinical team and experienced leadership.
Ensure all lessons adhere to safeguarding practices and promote equality.
SEN Teacher Skills & Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS – ECTs are welcome to apply!
Experience working with SEN learners and managing EHCPs.
Strong knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and classroom adaptations.
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse needs.
A creative, adaptable approach to lesson planning and delivery.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to the rural location of some schools in Suffolk).
