About the Role
We are looking for confident and reliable Teaching Assistants to join our supply team, supporting a range of welcoming schools across Hastings. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience working with children who are looking for flexible work, variety, and the chance to build on their skills in different classroom environments.
No two days are the same, you could be supporting a small group in the morning and working 1:1 with a pupil in the afternoon.
Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and development
Help manage the classroom and contribute to a positive learning environment
Adapt to different schools, year groups, and learning needs
Follow safeguarding procedures and school policies at all timesAbout You - We're looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children (this is essential; schools, nurseries, tutoring, coaching, youth work, care work, etc.)
Is confident, flexible, and happy to get stuck in
Has a genuine interest in supporting children's learning and progress
Communicates well and builds positive relationships easily
