Job Description
* English Teacher or English ECT
* Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
* Working alongside a team of teachers
* TLR opportunities (e.g., KS3 Coordinator, Pastoral Responsibility, 2iC, HOD and more)
* ECTs welcome: 1:1 mentor, bespoke ECT induction, in‑house training and more
* September 2026 – full time & permanent
* MPS1‑UPS3 + TLR (size depending on experience)
* Located in the Borough of Croydon
Person Specification
* Must have UK QTS or be in the process of gaining
* Strong academics across the board – degree, A Levels and GCSEs
* Must be meeting the 8 teaching standards to a ‘good or outstanding’ level
* Able to work as part of a large team of teachers
* Willing to listen to feedback
