Bring Your Skills and Care – Help a Young Adult Thrive £15.69/hr
Support Worker Wanted – Skilled, Kind, Reliable. Boston Spa £15.69/hour (day) | £12.21/hour (sleep‑in). We’re looking for kind, skilled and reliable support workers to join a small, friendly team supporting Francesca, a sociable young woman in her early 20s who loves going to her groups, taking part in activities, and enjoying relaxed time at home. This is a meaningful role where the right person can make a real difference in her everyday life.
Available Roles
* 1:1 Core Support Worker (Main Carer Role)
o Regular weekly shifts
o One full day + a sleep‑in each week
o Option to add a shorter second day (around 10 hours)
o You’ll be Francesca’s main support for the day — providing personal care, medical support and taking her to activities.
o Must be a confident driver of a manual car.
o Ideal for someone looking for steady, regular hours and a key role in her team.
* 2:1 Team Member (Additional Support Role)
o Monday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
o 6–8 hour daytime shifts (per day)
o You’ll work alongside the 1:1 carer as the second support worker — helping with activities, personal care, and safety in the community.
o You don’t need to be available for all of them.
o Ideal for those looking for part‑time, flexible hours.
