The Business
Westray Recruitment Group is delighted to be working on behalf of a well-established, family-run manufacturing business in the North East. Our client specialises in high-quality, bespoke bedroom furniture and has built a strong reputation for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a motivated individual to join their installation team.
The Role
7. Installation of bespoke sliding wardrobes, hinged wardrobes, and bedroom furniture
8. Working from detailed plans to deliver a high-quality finish
9. Travelling to customer homes using a company vehicle
10. Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
11. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace on-site
12. Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
13. Supporting the wider team with fabrication duties when required
The Person
14. Good practical skills with strong attention to detail
15. Experience using hand and power tools is desirable but not essential
16. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
17. Strong work ethic and reliability
18. Good communication and customer service skills
19. Full UK driving licence (essential)
