As the Guest Relations Manager you will
Act as a visible and welcoming host in the lobby – building genuine connections, proactively gathering feedback and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. You’ll play a key role in continuously enhancing the guest experience, creating memorable moments and positive stays from arrival through to departure.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcome guests to the hotel and act as a friendly and visible host in the lobby
* Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable and personalised experiences
* Encourage and gather feedback from guests throughout their stay
* Investigate and respond to guest comments and reviews, whether received in person, via email or online
* Work closely with departments across the hotel
* Share feedback and insights with the wider team to help continually improve the guest experience
What We’re Looking For
* A confident hospitality professional with strong front‑of‑house presence
* Experience in guest relations, service and reputation management
* The ability to build rapport quickly and create lasting impressions
* Clear communication skills with sound judgement and decision‑making ability
* A proactive mindset and genuine passion for exceptional hospitality
This is a full‑time role that involves working a mixture of shifts to include early shifts from 7am‑3:30pm, late shifts from 14:00‑22:30 and middle shifts from 9am‑17:30 – to include weekends on a rota basis.
