If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Assistant/Physiotherapy Assistant to join our specialized respiratory team providing care to patients with respiratory disease across North of Tees.
The integrated team is innovating to improve quality of life for those with respiratory conditions. Our services include community and hospital-based care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, a home oxygen service, and a "hospital at home" program, offering intensive support in patients’ homes as an alternative to hospital care and supporting early discharge.
This role is ideal for proactive, self-motivated Healthcare or Therapy Assistants interested in respiratory care. The successful candidate will support Specialist Respiratory Practitioners in caring for patients both in community and inpatient settings. Respiratory experience is desirable but training and mentorship will be provided.
Flexibility is required, including weekend work and the ability to travel independently across the locality during working hours.
