We’re working with a well-established digital agency in Leeds that’s looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to work across a portfolio of B2B clients.
This role is ideal for an experienced agency Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships, leading day-to-day account delivery, and working closely with internal specialists to deliver results-driven B2B campaigns.
The Role
As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing day-to-day relationships with B2B clients across multiple accounts
* Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams (SEO, PPC, content, digital, etc.)
* Leading campaign planning, delivery, and performance reviews
* Translating client objectives into clear briefs and actionable strategies
* Managing budgets, timelines, and scope of work
* Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and increase client value
* Supporting Account Directors with strategic planning and client development
* Ensuring clear, consistent communication and high levels of client satisfaction
