University of Greenwich offers a hybrid working pattern, with 1 day per week in SE London, 1 day in Chatham, Kent About the Role As Senior Procurement Partnership Manager, you will: Lead procurement activity for key directorates, including the Faculty of Health and Science. Manage the University’s Print Room Team, supporting operational efficiency and the Carbon Reduction Programme. Deliver compliant, effective tendering across supplies, services, and works contracts. Build strong supplier relationships and oversee contract management for high-value, strategically important projects. Support innovation and improvements across digital procurement, contract data, and sustainability performance. This is a visible role with wide stakeholder engagement – so excellent communication, influencing and organisational skills are key. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of five years’ procurement experience, particularly in tendering, contract planning and supplier negotiation. Knowledge of public procurement legislation (e.g. PCR 2015). A relevant qualification – ideally MCIPS, or a degree in a related supply chain discipline. Experience leading teams and working across diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, a commitment to customer service, and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
