Job Description
As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and maintaining and managing the AP ledger including employee expenses and credit cards, producing forecast reports, processing invoices for payment, 3 way matching, interacting with vendors, reconciliation of accounts and statements, setting up new suppliers, liaising with other departments to prevent supplier issues, credit control responsibilities such as clearing the aged debt and many other adhoc finance responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
3. Experience working within an Accounts Payable position previously for a number of years
4. A very high attention to detail
5. Flexibility to take on adhoc responsibilities as and when required
6. Ability to deal with a high volume of invoices and responsibilities and appropriately manage your time doing this
