Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Buyer, ideally within fashion or sportswear
* Strong analytical and planning skills
* Confident in identifying trends and reacting quickly to market changes
* Deep understanding of the industry and competitive landscape
* Demonstrated success in managing the critical path and trading in-season
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of developing and nurturing effective professional relationships
* A proactive, enthusiastic team player with a collaborative mindset
