Sales Associate
Role Overview
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional client experience at all times. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships, supporting store operations, and maintaining high visual and service standards within a premium retail environment.
The ideal candidate is commercially driven, service-focused, and confident in representing a contemporary luxury aesthetic on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Experience
* Build, develop, and maintain a loyal client base through personalised service and relationship management.
* Deliver a consistently elevated and memorable client experience.
* Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
* Manage all aspects of the sales process, including client follow-up, shipping, alterations, and special requests.
* Ensure all sales policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Maintain strong product knowledge and awareness of current market trends.
* Demonstrate strong styling ability and confidence in cross-selling.
Operations
* Support daily operational tasks including deliveries, stock transfers, and returns.
* Maintain organisation and cleanliness of the sales floor and stockroom.
* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking.
* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.
* Adhere to scheduled shifts and company standards.
Visual Merchandising
* Ensure the sales floor is maintained to a high visual standard at all times.
* Support implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
* Communicate inventory needs and client feedback to management.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience within a luxury or premium retail environment.
* Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets.
* Energetic, confident, and client-focused approach.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills and sense of ownership.
* Ability to lift and move merchandise when required.
Salary
* Up to £ 32,000 + generous individual commission scheme
