NRL’s manufacturing client has a need for an Administration Assistant to join them on a 4 week project in Glenrothes to assist with efiling and scanning, part time, 20 hours per week.
About the role:
You will be efiling & scanning documents into the system regarding employee records. This will involve searching within the company system, filtering information, and the use of SAP and Microsoft office packages - Sharepoint.
Strong attention to detail is required as you will be dealing with sensitive information.
