📍 Fee Earner – Road Traffic Accident (RTA) Team
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per annum + performance-based bonus
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday
🏛️ About the Role
The City Recruiter is working on behalf of a well-established law firm in Manchester that’s expanding its Road Traffic Accident (RTA) team due to continued growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fee Earner to manage a full RTA caseload from inception to conclusion, including litigated matters.
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing
* Running a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated RTA claims
* Issuing claims via the Official Injury Claim and MOJ Portals
* Progressing matters through to trial where necessary
* Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and third parties
* Drafting legal documents and managing court proceedings
* Negotiating settlements and assessing damages
* Working to individual and team targets
✔️ What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience managing RTA claims, including litigated cases
* Confident in handling your own caseload independently
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive and client-focused approach to your work
